When I get sick the first thing that I go for in my refrigerator is the bottle of orange juice because of all the natural vitamins, it has in it that will help my immune system. Oranges are good for you, so read up on the nutrition analysis of oranges and how you can benefit from them.

As everyone knows oranges are an abundant source for vitamin C. That's not enough! Here follows the list of other health benefits of orange.

Oranges have many benefits, but most people do not realize that citrus fruits have antioxidant properties. With so much vitamin C and minerals, oranges have been scientifically proven to have many health benefits. The fiber that is contained in oranges can also help with fighting off many illnesses. Such illnesses are cancer, obesity, heart diseases, arthritis and coronary heart diseases. As you see oranges help with a lot and fight off a lot of disease by keeping you healthy with the vitamins and minerals they have to offer. If you want to be free from diseases start by adding oranges to your diet.

If you are having blood pressure issues the best thing that you can do is grab an orange. Oranges can help keep your blood pressure in balance because of the magnesium that is within them. Oranges are also great if you have dehydration problems because of the electrolytes in them which in turns keep your cardiovascular system healthy. Oranges have many great vitamins and minerals in them such as Beta carotene (which helps in keeping cells healthy), Calcium (helps aid in having healthy teeth and bones), potassium, magnesium and folic acid which help brain development.
