Migun Bed Massage Therapy Boosts Immune System, Reduces Hypertension and Helps Diabetes Sufferers

The Migun is a massage bed that has several heated knobs that move up and down the body. It was developed in 1988, and arrived to the U.S. approximately 10 years later. The therapy is available at many centers across the country.

Migun's Health Benefits

Two studies by the University of California, Irvine show that the Migun has positive health effects, although more studies are needed due to the small size of the test groups. One study shows that Migun therapy boosts T and NK Cells, providing an immune system boost. Another study demonstrates that Migun reduces blood pressure and also lowers blood glucose levels in diabetics.

While more tests are required, these early results are encouraging. Before using Migun to treat any illness, ensure you consult with a licensed health care practitioner.
