De-cluttering children's rooms can be a bit challenging when there aren't rules and schedules to be followed. Create a reasonable schedule and a system that will get everybody involved. Incorporate cleaning time for the bedroom as one of several tasks to be accomplished everyday. Making things tidy in the bedroom on a regular basis will help them conform to the habit that you want them to imbibe in their system.

Children, even as young as toddlers at two or three years of age, can also contribute to the clean-up activities at home.
