Swelling, inflammation, and itchiness can be decreased for some time by dental adrenal cortical steroids. In general, it can be harmful to utilize this type of drugs for a long period. They can as well try utilizing external adrenal cortical steroids. Still, these do not often provide much comfort especially from itchiness that is a typical indication of this type of situation.

Then doctors will make use a treatment for angioedema such as epinephrine, terbutaline, cimetidine, antihistamines, and corticosteroids.
