Celexa, also known as Citalopram, is one of the most popular prescription drugs on the market today used to treat major and chronic depression.

Citalopram belongs to a group of drugs classified as selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors. These are the most up to date and most popular types of medications for depressive disorders.
