It is important to know which of our daily habits that can be piles causes. Although not a dangerous disease, but hemorrhoids or piles can cause disruption and inconvenience in our daily lives. There are many things that can be piles causes, we need to know for the purposes of prevention and treatment of the symptoms of piles. Below will be explained more fully on matters that can be piles causes:

Piles Causes #1: Habit of Straining Too Hard

Habit of straining too hard during defecating is a major cause of the appearance of symptoms of hemorrhoids. Habit of straining too hard is usually arise because of the difficulty of feces secretion during defecating. Strong pressure during the straining process may cause trauma to the plexus hemoroidalis and lead to hemorrhoids.

Piles Causes #2: Habits of Squatting Too Long

Avoid prolonged squatting during defecation, because it may cause a desire to strain that will eventually lead to pressure on the plexus hemoroidalis. Existing hemorrhoids can also be exacerbated by this habit.

Piles Causes #3: Habits of Heavy Lifting

At the heavy lifting, power required is large enough so that power can suppress the abdominal area, also the area around the axis of the intestine and anus. The large amount of power will cause pressure on the plexus hemoroidalis, the effect will cause excessive pressure on the plexus hemoroidalis thus triggering the emergence of hemorrhoids.

Piles Causes: Pregnancy

Almost every pregnant woman will experience hemorrhoids, because pregnancy causes hormonal changes and especially during baby delivery which can lead to strong pressure on the plexus hemoroidalis.

Piles Causes: Chronic Diarrhea

Chronic diarrhea is when someone is having a watery bowel movement consistently for at least four weeks. Persistent diarrhea can cause hemorrhoids and bleeding, particularly will trigger symptoms of internal hemorrhoids . Blood can drip from the anus due to irritation of the plexus hemoroidalis.

Piles Causes: Elderly

Declining in digestive organ function in old age can lead to constipation. Feces which are hard and difficult to be secreted during defecating may encourage someone to strain harder, leading to the emergence of hemorrhoids.

On anal sex (through the anus), excessive trauma to the plexus hemoroidalis occurs and may cause irritation / tear.

Piles Causes: Diet Eating Spicy or Alcohol

Consider your diet if you suffer from hemorrhoids, spicy foods and alcohol has irritating properties, making it easier for someone to get the piles.

If you suffer from hemorrhoids, then avoiding the habits mentioned above may reduce the symptoms of hemorrhoids and speed up the healing process. Will be useless if you do therapy to treat hemorrhoids while you still doing bad habits above.
