The Mayan Calendar Didn't Predict Sensa Either

By Jay Steiner

Well it's 2013. Some people wondered if the Mayan calendar predicted that the world would end by now. But the world is still here. You know what else has stuck around? Those extra pounds you've been meaning to lose. Maybe some part of you was hoping the world would actually end so that you wouldn't have to face yet another New Year's resolution to lose weight. Luckily Sensa weight loss is still here too.

It never fails. Every year my gym is FULL at the beginning of January. It seems everyone has the same idea for a New Year's resolution: weight loss. Most don't stick around. But even those who do keep coming won't get through the month of January without realizing that it takes more than exercise to drop the pounds.

Nope. You can't just exercise away the pounds. Some people even eat more and gain weight when they join a gym! You need to control your calorie intake too. Some people load up on expensive diet foods, but then they are disappointed when they can't eat the same thing as the rest of their family and they can't join their coworkers when they go out for lunch. Other people try counting calories, but that can be a big inconvenience, and the results are usually wildly inaccurate unless you take a food scale with you wherever you go and cross examine the chef at every restaurant.

Cutting calories is an essential part of any weight loss program. The tricky part is finding a way to cut calories that is easy, convenient, and doesn't leave you feeling deprived. Sensa is the perfect solution because you don't have to count calories and you can eat normal food that everyone else is eating. You don't have to feel deprived either because Sensa was developed by a neurologist who understands the the human brain and how it registers satisfaction when we eat food.

In his practice, Dr. Alan Hirsch observed weight changes in patients who have overdeveloped or damaged their sense of taste and smell. He became an expert in a phenomenon known as sensory specific satiety. With his knowledge, he developed the Sensa system to speed up the satiety process to make you more satisfied with smaller amounts of the food, helping you to lose weight.

The main weapon in the Sensa arsenal are the crystals, or Tastants. You sprinkle these on the food you would regularly eat at home, at parties, or at restaurants, and the flavors and aromas flood your brain's receptors into getting more satisfaction from less food.

The Sensa system also offers Quench: different flavors of drink powders that boost your energy naturally and give you essential vitamins and antioxidants. For help between regular meals, Sensa Appetite Control Chews contain water soluble fiber to help make you feel full as well as natural extracts that keep you from getting cravings or crashing during the day.

So if you are looking for just the right calories reducing component for your weight loss program, don't waste money on special prepackaged foods or the complexity of calorie counting. Instead try the Sensa weight loss system.
