Organic food is attractive since there are no additives to be seen within it. Without any outside ingredients and nutrients playing their part, once you take a bite you can be certain that you're only receiving the most natural taste. Food companies seem to be hindering this, though, thanks to a number of supplements being added to good. While some of them add nutritional value, supposedly, one has to wonder where the line should be drawn.
I enjoy the fact that organic fooddoesn't have to have anything added to it to be healthy. The natural nutrients that produce, for instance, possesses will be taken into the body and nothing else will be there to contaminate it. These food products are the basis for companies such as Colle Farmers Market, which allows farmers to sell their crops through way of the Internet. If this is so beneficial, however, why is that food companies have taken to tainting such pure products with synthetic chemicals?
Orange juice that is calcium-enriched is one of those products that I don't take to normally but can see the attractiveness that others have taken to. While this is understandable, I can't say that these supplements are particularly healthy. In fact, if I had to care for a family, I don't know if I would be confident leaving my family in the care of your typical store-bought products. If the choice was more readily available, I'd go organic without a second thought.
To say that a food product is organic after chemicals have been injected inside of it should be deemed illegal. I don't think that anyone would give such an establishment any business if they knew the details as to what is inside of their foods. Sadly, people will continue to take to them. This is mostly because of pricing and while your typical store-bought food may not be as healthy for you, it costs less to purchase, which is the sad truth until some price changes come to light.
I believe that food companies continuously use these synthetic products because people will take to them even after knowing the facts. Compare the number of organic stores to just about any other market in existence. The numbers are not in the organic stores' favor, even if there is an establishment you know that is close by. I can only hope that these very establishments will continue to rise in numbers but until that time, I will be left disappointed in how our health may be impacted in the long run.
